Shoppers set to queue at Aldi on Sunday as they restock winter Specialbuys

WITH snow predicted in several parts of the UK next week, shoppers may wish to hit Aldi at the weekend.

The budget supermarket is launching some must-have winter Specialbuys on Sunday, including a £12 gadget that could help to keep you toasty.

Aldi’s Sunday launch is predicted to have shoppers queuing up to snap up popular sell-out products such as heated airers, electric blankets and radiators.

Customers can also pick up a selection of DIY energy-saving essentials including insulation wrap.

And they are also selling radiator reflectors which can minimise heat loss by up to 86 per cent.

As part of range, Aldi has brought back their popular Heated Airers which hold nearly 5kg of laundry.

They have a £79.99 price tag, but cost less than 9p per hour to run, which could be a cheaper alternative to a tumble dryer.

For those watching the pennies, there is also a £34.99 cheaper heated airer also being sold.

They have 18 heated tubes, which are said to rapidly heat up as soon as it’s plugged in.

You can also pick up their £89.99 Midi Dehumidifier, which can help remove moisture from your home and help you to dry clothes.

Aldi shoppers can also get their bedrooms ready for the colder weather with their electric blanket range, which they say costs 1p to heat.

After selling out in November, the Silentnight gadget is back and costs £16.99 for a single, £19.99 for a double and £24.99 for a king.

The blankets come with three different heat settings and take 10 minutes to warm up.

They are even machine-washable, which is handy for keeping it clean, as you can detach the control.

Another Aldi Specialbuys item is their Self Heating Mattress Topper, which will set you back £19.99 for a double and £21.99 for a king.

This is said to help to keep your bed warm without using electricity thanks to heat-reflecting coils and a thermal lining which reflects body heat back to the sleeper.

Their 3m bubble Radiator Reflector, which costs £12.99, can also help to reflect heat back into your room and minimises heat loss by 86 per cent.

If you want to kit out your home with these items, you’ll have to be quick, as once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Aldi’s Specialbuys are unique and exciting products that can range from toys to DIY essentials – and everything in between.

You can find new stock in Aldi’s middle aisle on Thursdays and Sundays.

All you have to do is pop into your local store and shop the Specialbuys range – as the budget supermarket chain is no longer offering an online delivery option.

A message on the supermarket’s official website reads: ”You may have noticed some changes around here! You can no longer purchase Specialbuys on our website for home delivery, but do not worry, our amazing Specialbuys are still available to purchase in store.”

Aldi’s special deals are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so shoppers need to be one of the first through store doors, to ensure they get their hands on their item of choice.

If you’re unsure where your nearest Aldi store is located, you can use the retailer’s handy online store finder tool.
